Terms & Conditions for Package Credits:

12-Month Validity: Credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Redemption: Credits can only be used to redeem designated PlayYard activities and services.

No Cash Value: Once credits are granted, the value cannot be exchanged for cash refunds.

No Interest: Credits do not accrue or earn interest.

Non-Transferable: Credits can only be used for bookings associated with your own account (which you may book for your friends) and cannot be transferred to another person's account.

Loss & Theft Liability: PlayYard is not responsible for any lost or stolen credits due to account security issues.

Refund Policy: In the event that PlayYard accepts a cancellation or processed refund for a booked session, the corresponding amount will be returned to your account as credit only; no cash refunds will be issued.

Right of Correction: PlayYard reserves the right to correct any store credit balances if we believe a clerical or accounting error has occurred.
