"Night Owl" Session Terms & Conditions
Minimum Group Size: A minimum of 4 participants must book per session to confirm the opening.
From midnight until 7:00 AM, simply pay a one-time fixed promotional price to enjoy unlimited access to all facilities within our venue overnight! Enjoy a full 7 hours of endless fun for one special price!
Entry Method: Upon completing your booking, the system will automatically send a dedicated QR code for venue entry.
Early Arrival: Please ensure you enter the venue 10 minutes prior to your session to avoid delaying your valuable practice time.
Equipment Provided: Basic sports equipment (such as rackets/clubs) is provided by the venue free of charge.
Cleanliness: Please tidy up the venue after use and return all equipment to its original condition and position.
Terms of Use: You are only permitted to use the specific venue area and items/activities that you have booked. Any unauthorized use of other facilities or items will be deemed theft, and the Company reserves the right to pursue criminal liability in accordance with the law. Booking Changes or Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your booking, please notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled session starts. In this case, a full refund in the form of equivalent credits will be issued for your next booking. Failure to provide timely notice or a no-show will result in the full fee of the booking being charged as usual.
In the event of severe weather conditions (i.e., if the booking time falls within the period when a Black Rainstorm Warning Signal or Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above is in force, or within two hours after it is lowered) and a cancellation request is made, a full refund in equivalent credits will be issued.
Please note: Customers must actively submit a cancellation request; otherwise, we will assume no cancellation is required. If you fail to attend without a prior request, it will be treated as a no-show and charged as usual.
